Wakesho Kililo

Wakesho Kililo is the Digital Rights Coordinator for Africa at the Greater Internet Freedom Project. 

Before GIF, wakesho executed projects on human rights at a range of civil society organizations including Transparency International, Article 19 Eastern Africa and The Kenyan Section of the International Commission for Jurists. Wakesho is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has a post graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Wakesho was named Civil Society Lawyer of The Year 1^st Runners Up in 2019 and Top 35 under 35 Youth Advocate of the year 2020.
