This social media monitoring approach is drawn from lessons learned from social media monitoring projects across Internews and other organizations. It will enable partners to effectively identify, track, and report harmful social media content particularly related to hate speech and violence inciting content. The methodology has been designed to serve the needs of individual researchers, and both small and large organizations.
